New Beta 0.6.2: several bugfixes

This release includes several bugfixes to PyDS, especially in the area of enclosures, the FTP driver, the blogger API, the MeshTool, the dynamic variable context and several other places. There was an immprovement for remote acces. This can now be defined as to be on a path of a server, so you can run PyDS integrated with the rest of your website. An upgrade is advisable, as some of the fixed bugs might pose problems in daily use.
