New Beta 0.6.5: fixing some more bugs

Damn. Brown paper bag bug hit me. Hard. Very hard. There are two quite stupid problems in the code that might trigger exceptions if you have older stories in reStructured Text available that are now rendered for the first time for some versions. It looks like this happens when old texts are pulled into the MeshTool. This doesn't seem to be a common problem, but if you have older data available, it might create problems. This release presumeably fixes it.
