muensterland.org updated

I just updated muensterland.org to the current PyCS stuff that uses PostgreSQL for referrers and comments. Mostly I did this because the first comment spam hit this blog - up to now I wasn't targeted on muensterland.org by those scumbags, but now it's time to take countermeasures.
